About Randy

Welcome! If you’ve made it this far into the game, you are probably “on a mission”.

My name is Randy S. Allman and I am the founder and CEO of Bullseye Business Solutions LLC. Over my 40+ year professional career, I have worked primarily in the accounting and financial areas of multiple industries, in all sizes of companies, both public and private and in retail banking.

Bullseye Business Solutions was created out of my realization that I can now use my skills and experience to help others succeed, while giving back to the communities that we all serve.

My focus on the small businessman and the wonderful “Mom and Pop” shops that we all grew up with in one way or the other comes from a family history of being an entrepreneur and businessman in their respective communities.

My paternal grandfather was a mechanic and owned his own gas station in Odessa, Texas in the 1930s-1960s.  I even have the phone that hung in his gas station.

My maternal grandfather was the Postmaster General, General Store owner and train depot master in rural Balmorhea, Texas during the 1930s – 1970s.  And, yes, I have the phone that was in his store as well, as well as other memorabilia.

But my grandfathers did not make it on their own.  They worked with their respective communities and built businesses from the ground up, and this is what I want to help you do as well.

On a personal note, my wife, Laurie and our son, Trent, have been Cypress residents for approximately 30 years and love where we are.  If you have been to the CFISD Livestock Show and Sale at any point since 2017, you may have seen me there.  I’ve helped lead the Cattle Handlers Committee with the teachers assigned.  I firmly believe that the FFA and those students are some of our best chances for positive leaders coming out of our public schools.

If you’d like to learn more about my professional career, please refer to the attached resume for additional details.

Thanks again for giving us the “once over”.  If you have any questions, please reach out to me.  I look forward to meeting you.
